This is a testimony of how I experienced the power of prayer and the presence of God in my life and when I needed him so much.
For many, this would be a routine experience and one where you could rely on your personal expertise and experience, but not for me.
I was training to get my driver’s license for a while and was unsuccessful twice. I would just get so nervous that I could not think right, it was like brain freeze.
But this time I took an appointment for a day after my birthday, because I felt if I would not make it this time too and would ruin my birthday. Of course, I ruined it anyways and many days before that too, due to all the anxiety and the pressure of passing my test.
For almost 2 -3 weeks before my test, I constantly prayed the rosary and the Divine Mercy prayer, which I strongly believe in even if not in a crisis. In my personal prayer I always asked the Lord to help me get my license this time and it would be his birthday gift to me. Considering all the pressure I had from family and friends, it was more like a do or die situation.
Finally, the day arrived, I was nervous as always, but this time I had a bit of confidence with all the prayers and knowing and believing already that this time I would get through. The initial assessment went through very smoothly and at every traffic light I stopped, I kept repeating the Divine Mercy prayer time and time again.
I am sure the nervousness was completely visible on my face, but I had a much clear head now. After driving for a while, we finally approached the traffic department, and I just could not believe I actually made it back by myself. During both my earlier attempts, I drove off and the instructor drove back!
Finally, when we were back in the parking zone, the examiner asked me to park and come into the office and my heart was pounding, not knowing what the result would be. But my instructor had already started congratulating me and when I went into the office the examiner congratulated me too and my heart was leaping for joy and I knew that if it was not for God’s intervention, I would never have made it.
Praise God!!!
AMEN! prayer and confidence, CAN NOT be beat!
Congrats.
To God be the glory. Your testimony touched me.The Lord did the same for me.Nothing is impossible for him.
Yes, I agree with your testimony. Prayer is very powerful indeed and not many Christians fully appreciate its powers and what it can achieve.
Prayer is Spiritual breath. A praying christian is a living christian. He is a christian who is alive in the spirit and the devil does not like that one bit.
Therefore the first thing the devil does, is to go for the “throat”. Once he can snuff out the prayer life(spiritual breath) in an christian, he (devil) has got him. He does not mind a christian doing other things so long as he (christian) does not pray and connect or become alive in the spirit.
This is a very interesting topic however due to space restrictions, I will pen off here but if you want to read some more on your powers in prayer, please follow the link. http://www.what-secret-rapture-saith-the-lamb-of-god.com/effective-prayer-pattern.html
May God bless you all

Hello,I love to pray. It make me feel so good.I pray all the time.On Christmas night I dream That God gave me miracle healing power. The power of is so strong My whole body trimbles. I can’t get the dream out of my mind. Lois.
Hi I’m glad that you got your license but as an ex catholic myself I must share the truth with you. Roman Catholics are not Christians. The only way to get to God and be saved is through putting your faith in Jesus Christ alone. In Gods word (the bible) Jesus says, “I am the way the truth and the light NO man comes to the father except through me.” John14:6 That means that a priest, “mother” mary, saints, praying the rosary, confession, good works or anyother religious traditions that catholics practice (which are not biblical) will not get you into heaven or to God but it is only by Faith in Jesus Christ alone that will.In Gods word God says,
See now that I even I am he and there is no god besides me. It is I who put to death and give life. I have wounded and it is I who heal. And there is no one can deliver from my hand. Dueteronomy 32:39
God bless I pray that the Holy spirit will be put to work on all who read this and know the truth. Jesus Christ alone came on the cross and died for our sins.To be saved you must repent and put your faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Amen! God is always hearing our prayers attentively because this is how we connect to Him. I was born in a non-christian family and the rosary prayers led me to a supernatural encounter, which brought me to Christ. The power of prayer is unimagineable! Im still a Christian now, so blessed be the Lord God of Hosts! Praise the living Jesus!
